Summer Teas

Many people think that tea is best served hot, especially in the colder months, which we have plenty of here in Aroostook County. But nothing could be further from the truth. 

As soon as the sun and the days are warm enough, we start making sun tea for sipping, and nothing could be easier and wonderful for sipping while sitting on the porch or under the maple tree. We make a variety of teas that are wonderful iced, and on hot 90-degree days, we turn to iced tea to quench our thirst.
