Great North Woods Teas & Herbs was founded by Jan Grieco because of her love of teas and herbs and a passion local business.
We believe that loose-leaf tea, produced in small batches, offers a fresher and more satisfying taste, with greater choice in flavor options.
Because Great North Woods Teas and Herbs products are produced in small batches, our teas are always fresher and more flavorful. While GNW uses varieties of Camellia sinensis, the traditional tea with which most people are familiar, we also incorporate herbs, other plant materials, and spices to create a flavorful drinking experience.
